Refund Policy

At EaseBis, we endeavour to provide the highest quality services while ensuring your pleasure with our services and assistance. We are continually improving and striving to provide the greatest accounting, financial, and secretarial services via the internet. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us promptly and we will rectify the matter, issue a refund, or provide credit for future EaseBis orders.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, please send an email to support@easebis.com or contact us at +91 95530 96530 and select extension 3. Members of Senior Management review all requests and personally react within 24-48 hours.

Policy on Refunds

When a fee is paid in advance to EaseBis, the fees are maintained by EaseBis in a client account. EaseBis will earn the fees after completing work on a client’s matter. During an engagement, EaseBis earns a fee at various rates and periods based on the accomplishment of key milestones (e.g. obtaining DIN, Filing of forms,assigning relationship manager, etc.). Refunds for earned fees are not possible because the resources and man hours invested on providing the service are non-returnable.

In summary, processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and resource costs for work completed to date will be removed. Furthermore, we are unable to refund or credit any money paid to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to third parties involved in the execution of your transaction. Under no circumstances shall EaseBis be obligated to reimburse more than the fee paid by the client.

Refund Request

Refund requests should be sent to refund@easebis.com . All refund requests must be submitted within 6 days of the purchase date. We will handle your request within 15 to 25 business days of receiving the relevant refund information, such as the cause for the refund, bank details for processing the request, and so on.

Service Change

If you want to swap the service you ordered for a different one, you must do so within 6 days after purchase. The original service’s purchase price, less any earned fee and money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties involved in executing your order, will be credited to your EaseBis account. The balance credit can be applied to any other EaseBis service.

Standard Pricing

EaseBis has established a common price strategy for numerous services, and clients of all categories can select a service based on their business module. The pricing structure presented on the Website/Emails is a starting point. Prices are liable to fluctuate based on a state’s geographical jurisdiction, the type and amount of services requested by the client, and other factors. We have the right to change the pricing listed on our website at any moment, but this will not impact contracts that have already entered into effect. The standard pricing policy does not apply to an increase in the total fee paid by the client to EaseBis as a result of an increase in government fees or fees incurred by the client for the completion of legal documentation or re-filing of forms with the government as a result of rejection or resubmission. We are not accountable or liable for any other costs paid by the client as a result of the service’s completion. Prices on the website may be wrongly quoted; as a result, we will verify prices as part of our selling procedures so that the exact price is communicated to you before the contract enters into force.

Factors beyond our control

We cannot guarantee the outcome of your specific surgery. For example, the government may deny a trademark application for legal reasons that are outside the scope of EaseBis’s service. In some circumstances, a government backlog or issues with government platforms (for example, the MCA website, the Income Tax website, or the FSSAI website) can cause extensive delays until your process is completed. Such issues are beyond our control and are not covered by our guarantee or refundable. As a result, the Government’s delay in completing your filing cannot be used to justify a refund.

Cancellation Fees

Because we incur expenditures and devote time, labour, technological resources, and effort to your service or document creation, our guarantee only covers satisfaction concerns caused by EaseBis – not changes in your situation or mental condition. If you need us to hold the processing of a service, we will keep the fee paid on your account until you are ready to begin the service.

We reserve the right to make every effort to complete the service before processing any refund. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% plus the earned fee plus the price paid to the government. The cancellation fee would not apply if the service was changed.
